Recently, our company has detected that certain unauthorized entities have established fake websites, illegally using the registered trademark, corporate address, contact information and other core details of ETON. These entities have impersonated our official identity to conduct commercial activities, which constitutes a serious infringement on our exclusive trademark rights and legitimate corporate interests, and has undermined market order and consumer trust.
In response to the above-mentioned infringement acts, our company has collected and preserved complete evidence, issued a Formal Trademark Infringement Cease and Desist Letter to the infringing parties, and submitted complaint materials to domain registrars and hosting service providers, demanding the immediate shutdown of all infringing websites.
